Delete your Kinpack account
This removes your account and everything in it. After 30 days it cannot be undone.
Delete it from the app
The fastest way: the deletion is scheduled the moment you confirm.
- Open Kinpack and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete your account.
- Confirm your sign-in when asked — we require this before deleting anything.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@kinpack.app from the address on the account. We will verify it is yours before acting on it, and we aim to confirm within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your trips and every packing list in them
- The item photos attached to those trips
- Your Library — learned items, kits and templates
- Your account, email and sign-in method
- Travel documents saved in the app on your phone or tablet. Deleting from the app erases them from that device right away, and they do not come back if you sign in again within 30 days.
What is not deleted
- Trips owned by other people that you were invited to — they keep them
- Trips you share with other people stay with the people still on them
- The item photos on those trips, because the trips are still theirs
You have 30 days to change your mind
Deletion is scheduled, not immediate. Sign in again within 30 days and everything comes back, except travel documents saved on your device, which deleting from the app erases right away. After that we cannot recover it.
